As a court of general jurisdiction, the Third Judicial District Court is able to hear all felony or gross misdemeanor criminal cases, civil cases where the amount claimed is over $10,000 or where recovery of real property is sought, civil cases involving domestic relations, wills and estates, and appeals from Justices', Municipal Courts and administrative agencies. |
